My name is Siena Rose Dwonczyk, she/her, and I am a qualified Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist, registered with the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT). I am currently working towards full accreditation, and I have extensive experience supporting individuals and couples through challenges related to intimacy, desire, relationships, sexual wellbeing, and sex therapy. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy from the London Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy (LDPRT).

Alongside my private practice, I have worked within the NHS, including placements with The Awareness Centre and Sexual Health South West London (SHSWL). I also have a professional background in sexual health, working for MysteryVibe (a global leader in women's and men's sexual health devices), which has informed my sex-positive, inclusive, and trauma-informed approach to therapy.

About Me

Navigating sexual and relationship concerns can be challenging, and seeking support is a courageous step. I believe that psychosexual and relationship therapy offers a compassionate and confidential environment to explore these sensitive topics, whether you’re experiencing painful sex, low desire, performance anxiety, sexual shame, or relationship struggles.

I support couples and individuals with a wide range of relationship challenges – whether you’re feeling stuck in cycles of conflict, experiencing a breakdown in communication, struggling with mismatched desire, or navigating the emotional shifts of non-monogamy, infidelity, or relationship transitions. My aim is to create a space where relational patterns can be explored safely, helping you move toward greater clarity, connection, and emotional intimacy.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual's or couple's unique needs. I integrate various therapeutic modalities, drawing from humanistic, psychodynamic, CBT, mindfulness-based, and trauma-informed approaches. This integrative approach allows us to explore how past experiences may influence present challenges and to develop practical tools that foster meaningful change.

I also provide psychoeducation throughout our work together to help you better understand your challenges and take informed steps toward greater intimacy, sexual confidence, and connection. My goal is to support you in building confidence, enhancing sexual and emotional intimacy, and achieving a more fulfilling relationship with yourself and others.

My Approach

I offer online therapy (worldwide) and in-person therapy in Southwest London. Our work together begins with a free 15-minute introductory call, providing an opportunity to discuss your concerns, ask questions, and determine if we are a good fit.

If we decide to proceed, we’ll start with an assessment session to gain a deeper understanding of what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. Together, we’ll create a treatment plan tailored to your goals. I work both short-term and long-term so we’ll discuss what feels right for you and adjust as things evolve. Our work together is held in a confidential space where you can speak freely and without judgement.

Fees:

  • Online therapy: £80 for individuals / £90 for couples

  • In-person therapy in Southwest London: £100 for individuals / £110 for couples

I also offer a sliding scale for those who need it, based on financial circumstances. I believe therapy should be accessible to everyone — so if cost is a concern, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Sessions can be held weekly or bi-weekly — I’m happy to discuss what works best for you. I am inclusive of all genders, sexualities, and relationship styles, including those exploring non-monogamy or navigating sex and disability. My aim is to provide a supportive space where you can explore, heal, and grow.

How I Work

Areas I Support Clients With

Psychosexual Therapy

  • Pain or discomfort during penetration can be caused by conditions like vaginismus (involuntary muscle tightening), dyspareunia (persistent pain during sex), vulvodynia (chronic vulval pain), or pelvic floor dysfunction. Together, we can explore what might be contributing to this and work gently, at your pace, toward more comfortable and positive experiences with intimacy.

  • Whether you’ve never experienced orgasm (anorgasmia) or find it difficult to reach climax, this can feel frustrating or isolating. We’ll look at what might be getting in the way - from anxiety to shame or physical concerns - and begin to rebuild a more connected and relaxed relationship with your body and pleasure.

  • Erectile dysfunction can stem from a range of emotional, psychological, or relational issues. We’ll take a holistic approach to understanding what’s going on for you and help reduce pressure, rebuild confidence, and improve connection - both with yourself and, if relevant, your partner.

  • You might be struggling with feeling ‘too fast’ or not reaching climax at all. These concerns are more common than people realise and can be influenced by pressure, anxiety, early conditioning, or performance worries. We’ll create a space to explore this without judgement, and work toward more ease and control.

  • Desire can dip for many reasons - stress, relationship strain, health issues, or past experiences. We’ll explore what desire means to you, and begin to understand and restore your sexual self in a way that feels authentic and right for you.

  • If you’re living with the effects of sexual assault, childhood sexual abuse (even if it happened long ago), or a traumatic sexual experience, we’ll move at your pace to reclaim safety, bodily autonomy, and trust. I offer a trauma-informed, sex-positive space where nothing is too much or too taboo to talk about.

  • Low self-esteem, anxiety, or body image struggles can deeply affect sexual wellbeing and relationships. In our work, we’ll begin to soften the inner critic, explore what’s shaped your self-view, and start building confidence, compassion, and a more accepting relationship with yourself.

  • Shame can come from many places - childhood messages, religion, family dynamics, or cultural expectations - and can deeply impact how you experience sex, desire, and connection. I offer a space where we can gently unpack this shame and move toward healing and self-acceptance.

Relationship Therapy

  • Struggling to express how you feel or feeling misunderstood in your relationship? I can help you and your partner find new ways to communicate with clarity, empathy, and honesty - so you feel heard, seen, and connected.

  • Whether you’re healing from a betrayal or figuring out what comes next, therapy offers a space to explore the pain, rebuild trust, and decide how (or if) you want to move forward - together or apart.

  • Trust can be fragile, especially after conflict, secrecy, or emotional disconnection. Together we’ll work through what’s happened, understand the impact, and gently rebuild the foundations of trust at a pace that feels safe.

  • The end of a relationship can bring grief, relief, confusion - or all three. Whether you’re navigating a separation, considering divorce, or adjusting to life afterwards, therapy provides space to process the emotions, find clarity, and begin to heal.

  • If emotional or physical closeness has faded, you’re not alone. We’ll explore the reasons behind the distance - whether stress, resentment, or past experiences - and rediscover ways to reconnect, both emotionally and sexually.

  • Modern life can strain even the strongest relationships. If work, parenting, or other responsibilities are leaving you disconnected, therapy can help you re-prioritise your relationship and find more balance together.

  • Feeling uncertain about long-term commitment or noticing patterns of pushing partners away? We can explore the underlying fears, beliefs, or past experiences that may be influencing your approach to relationships.

  • Do you often worry about your partner leaving, overthink texts, or struggle to feel secure? I support clients in understanding the roots of their relationship anxiety, while building self-trust and healthier attachment patterns.
